Overnight we had some incredible breaking news! Yesterday afternoon the San Fransisco Giants postponed the signing of former Minnesota Twin shortstop Carlos Correa due to an issue that came up in his physical. The 13-year $350 Million deal was on pause, but no one thought something would change, it just felt like a technicality that needed to be worked out. I mean how could this happen!? Well, it did, and before everyone woke up on Wednesday morning, the Mets had come to a new agreement with Carlos Correa for 12 years $315 Million. Still a massive deal, maybe not as big as the original yes, but still a ton of money.
